Terms of Service
Welcome to PrepAiro UPSC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrepAiro UPSC mobile application (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), tablet application, and web application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by PrepAiro ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using PrepAiro UPSC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Subscription Terms
Free Features
PrepAiro UPSC offers a substantial set of features at no charge, including access to current affairs, basic practice questions, and limited study content. No free trial period is offered — free features are available indefinitely to all registered users.
PrepAiro Plus — Subscription Plans
PrepAiro Plus unlocks the full PrepAiro UPSC experience. The following plans are available through the Apple App Store:
Monthly Plan — ₹399 per month (auto-renewing)
Target 2026 Plan — ₹999 (one-time purchase, valid until August 2026)
Target 2027 Plan — ₹2,499 (one-time purchase, valid until August 2027)
Android plans are available through the Google Play Store and may vary in pricing. Regardless of the platform through which you subscribe, your PrepAiro Plus access is available across all platforms — iOS, Android, and web — using the same account.

AI Study Chat — ask doubts, practise questions, and solve previous year questions (PYQs) instantly
Voice AI Tutor — speak your doubts and receive instant answers

Payment and Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. PrepAiro does not collect, access, or store your credit card or payment method details.
Auto-Renewal
The Monthly Plan (₹399/month) automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
The Target 2026 and Target 2027 plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Access under these plans expires at the end of their respective validity periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Monthly Plan subscription at any time through your device's account or subscription settings. The general path is: open your device's Settings, tap your profile name or account, then navigate to Subscriptions or Manage Subscriptions. Select PrepAiro UPSC and choose to cancel. The exact steps may vary slightly depending on your device and OS version.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to PrepAiro Plus until that date. No partial refunds are issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy. You may request a refund directly through Apple Support. PrepAiro does not issue refunds independently for purchases made through the App Store.

License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PrepAiro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the PrepAiro UPSC application and Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.
This licence does not include the right to sublicence, transfer, or resell access to any part of the Service. PrepAiro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
Compliance with Indian Laws
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. PrepAiro operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Definitions and Key Terms
Service: The PrepAiro UPSC mobile, tablet, and web applications and all features therein.
PrepAiro Plus: The paid subscription tier unlocking premium features within the Service.
Company: PrepAiro, the provider of the Service.
User / You: Any individual registered with PrepAiro to access the Service.
Personal Data: Any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person.
Device: Any internet-connected device — including smartphone, tablet, or computer — used to access the Service.
Apple App Store: Apple Inc.'s digital distribution platform for iOS and iPadOS applications.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
Licence, sell, rent, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any part of it.
Modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or labels within the Service.
Copy, duplicate, scrape, or redistribute PrepAiro's content, including study materials, video lectures, question banks, and AI-generated content.
Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
Share account credentials or subscription access with other individuals.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access any part of the Service.
Service Access
PrepAiro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting subscription pricing or features will be communicated with adequate prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content within the PrepAiro UPSC Service — including but not limited to video lectures, study notes, question banks, AI responses, design, and software — is the property of PrepAiro or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Cross-Platform Access
A PrepAiro Plus subscription purchased on any supported platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) entitles you to access PrepAiro Plus features across all platforms — iOS, Android, and web — using the same registered account. Account sharing across multiple users or devices outside of personal use is not permitted
Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information.
You have the right to request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data. To request account deletion and removal of associated data, contact us at support@prepairo.ai.
