Important Notice
All purchases and subscription payments made on PrepAiro are non-refundable. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
PrepAiro offers various subscription plans to access premium features and content. Our subscription options may include:
- Monthly subscription plans
- Quarterly subscription plans
- Annual subscription plans
- One-time purchase packages
The specific features, pricing, and duration of each plan are clearly displayed at the time of purchase within the app or on our website.
2. Billing and Payment
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways, including Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other approved payment providers.
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
- Taxes: Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. Any applicable taxes will be added to your subscription fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) or through your account settings within the PrepAiro app.
- Cancellation Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid subscription period.
- No Partial Refunds: Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining days in your subscription period.
4. Refund Policy
No Refund Policy
All purchases, including subscription fees, one-time purchases, and in-app purchases, are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription fees already paid
- Unused portions of subscription periods
- One-time purchases or course packages
- In-app purchases
- Dissatisfaction with content or features after purchase
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
- Technical issues on user's device or network
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These may include:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If there is evidence of fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method.
- Service Unavailability: If PrepAiro services were completely unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end.
To request consideration for exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team with relevant details and documentation within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Free Trial
If PrepAiro offers a free trial period:
- Free trials are available only to new subscribers who have not previously subscribed to PrepAiro.
- At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
7. App Store Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play Store or Apple App Store:
- Billing and refund requests are subject to the respective app store's policies and terms.
- You may contact the app store directly for refund requests, though approval is at their discretion.
- Subscription management (including cancellation) must be done through the app store's subscription settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or app. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
