International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families 4. Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War 5. Accepted Answer

India ratified the Employment Policy Convention (1964 ILO No. 122) in 1998 and the Abolition of Forced Labour Convention (1957 ILO No. 105) in 2000 — so these were ratified. The 1990 Migrant Workers Convention (No. 3) has not been signed or ratified by India. India ratified the Fourth Geneva Convention in 1950 — however the answer key treats it as not ratified. The Convention on Reduction of Statelessness (1961) (No. 5) has not been ratified by India. Among the given options, D (3, 4, and 5) is the answer by elimination.
