Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Notice

All purchases on PrepAiro are non-refundable except in the exceptional circumstances outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Plans

PrepAiro offers the following subscription options for GRE preparation:

  • Weekly subscription plans
  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans

Each plan provides access to PrepAiro's full suite of GRE preparation features including AI-powered flashcards, practice tests, study planner, and video lessons.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on your chosen plan.
  • Payment is processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods.
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • PrepAiro reserves the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the next renewal date.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

As a general rule, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Unused features or content
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of any free trial period before committing to a paid subscription.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If a verified technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing the service for an extended period and our team is unable to resolve it.
  • Accidental duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If you can demonstrate that a purchase was made without your authorization.

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@prepairo.ai with details of your issue and proof of payment.

6. Free Trial

  • PrepAiro may offer free trial periods for new users to experience premium features.
  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • You will not be charged during the free trial period. Charges begin only after the trial has ended and you have not cancelled.
  • Free trials are available to new users only. PrepAiro reserves the right to determine eligibility for free trials.

7. App Store Purchases

If you purchase a PrepAiro subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policy of the respective app store applies. PrepAiro does not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

  • For Google Play Store purchases, please contact Google Play Support or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

8. Changes to This Policy

PrepAiro reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
